Event Details

It’s that time of year again! RRT is teaming up with the Little Miami Conservancy to clean debris and trash from the Little Miami River. RRT has adopted the section of river from Kelley’s Nature Preserve south through Milford to Bass Island in Newtown. The particular section will be selected closer to each event. This will be a 4-5 mile canoe paddle down the river stopping ashore to clean trash as we go. For full details leading up to the event, and to reserve your space in the clean up you must purchase a ticket.
Your $5 ticket is donated in full to the Little Miami Conservancy. Your ticket price includes all materials including canoes, trash bags, gloves, paddles, and PFDs. Shuttles are NOT provided at this time. Participants are recommended to self shuttle with friends or family.
This is RRT’s 12th year of clean ups on the Little Miami River. With hundreds of volunteers like you we have kept our national scenic river beautiful, but the work is never done. Please help us continue our efforts. This is a very fun and rewarding day on the river and we hope to see you there!

For large groups, or volunteers under 18 please contact RRT before booking.

Can’t make a clean up? You can still help contribute with a donation to the Little Miami Conservancy. In a fight for the title of “Tire King” RRT’s Bryan is going up against Loveland Canoe and Kayak’s Mark Bersani. The winner must not only collect the most tires, but also raise the most money for their cause. Bryan will raise money for the Little Miami Conservancy. Mark will raise money for Adventure Crew.
